BioValik brings together products from small European producers and recognised family-run businesses: herbal teas, coffee capsules, legume-based pasta, freeze-dried herbs, flavoured salts and natural hygiene products. Every product in our range has passed a simple check: clear ingredients, a trustworthy producer and a clear reason why it’s worth eating or drinking it every day. We deliver orders to parcel lockers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, and delivery is free for orders of 59 euros or more (69 euros or more in Finland).

We deliver orders to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Delivery times within Estonia are 1–4 working days from the date the order is placed. Delivery charges are shown when the order is placed.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation and information about the status of your order by email.
We accept bank transfers and payment cards. The contract comes into effect once payment has been credited to our account. Payment details are transmitted in encrypted form – we do not have access to your bank details.
Yes, 14 within days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. Please note: hygiene and health products with opened packaging cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with the return.
Please email us at info@biovalik.ee with a photo of the parcel immediately upon receipt. We will review your claim within 14 days and either replace the product or issue a refund.
