Vitamin teas: flavour and nutrition in a single cup
Apotheke’s range of vitamin teas is for those who want their morning cup to do a little more than just warm them up. Berry and fruit blends enriched with vitamins — just as easy to drink, but with more to the packaging than just flavour.
Three areas
‘Immunity with Vitamin C’ has the strongest flavour in the range: ginger, rosehip, echinacea, sea buckthorn and turmeric. Warm, slightly tangy – perfect on a chilly morning. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Sleep and Relax with Vitamin B3 is the opposite — lemon balm and lavender, gentle and evening-like, combined with niacin. If you take prescription medication regularly, it is worth checking the ingredients first.
‘Energy with Biotin and Caffeine’ is the only tea in our range that really wakes you up. Nettle, mate, cola, guarana and green tea provide about as much caffeine as a small coffee. It’s not suitable for the evening, but it’s perfect for the morning.
How to fit them into the range
Vitamin teas are not a substitute for ordinary tea, but rather a complement to it. Most customers keep one vitamin tea at home for the morning and one regular blend for the rest of the day. They are usually drunk one or two cups a day, not a whole pot at once.
