    Trentinaceti – Flavours of Italy from the foothills of the Dolomites

    Since 1989, the family-run business Nuova Trentinaceti in the village of Taio, in the Trentino region in the heart of the Italian Alps, has been handcrafting oils, vinegars and flavoured salt and spice blends. Three generations have upheld the same principle: to select only the finest ingredients — mountain herbs, Mediterranean spices and Modena IGP balsamic vinegar — and let them speak for themselves.

    The “I Saporissimi” range features salt, pepper and dried herbs packed in an aroma-sealed glass jar with a handy grinding lid — just a few grinds and your food will have that freshly ground Italian flavour.

    Rombouts — Belgian coffee culture from 1896

    Since 1896, the Belgian family-run business Rombouts has been roasting coffee with the same dedication that has been passed down from generation to generation. Founder Frans Rombouts had a clear aim: to offer high-quality coffee that reflects the reputation of Belgian gastronomy. Four generations later, the business remains in the family and is the official supplier to the Belgian Royal House.

    It was Rombouts that launched the world’s first convenient single-serve coffee at the 1958 World’s Fair — the famous Rombouts filter, which allows you to brew the perfect cup of coffee using nothing but hot water. The same principle lives on in 1.2.3 Spresso capsules: each serving is precisely measured and the ground coffee is encased in paper made from natural plant fibres, free from aluminium and plastic.

      BioValik is an online shop specialising in organic products, where every item is carefully selected one by one. We don’t aim to stock every possible item — a product only makes it into our range if its ingredients are clear, the manufacturer is known, and it’s genuinely suitable for everyday use.

      A small, carefully curated selection

      We give preference to small European producers and family-run businesses that specialise in one thing and do it well. This makes it easier for us to take responsibility for every product sold under our name. Our online shop for organic products is being expanded gradually, as adding new producers takes time. You can find the producers on the brands page and the full range in the shop.

      Delivery and terms and conditions

      We deliver orders to parcel lockers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Delivery is free for orders of 59 euros or more; for Finland, from 69 euros. Orders can be returned within 14 days; please see our terms and conditions for further details. If you have any questions, please write to us — we’ll reply ourselves.
