Ingredients: organic meadowsweet (Herba filipendulae ulmaris) 37%, organic ash leaves (Folium fraxini) 27%, organic dandelion leaves (Flos taraxaci) 18%, organic marigold flowers (Flos calendulae) 18%.
Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a tea bag from 1 and leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes.
Recommended intake: 2 cup per day.
