Tappomacina Tyrol is a salt blend from Trentinaceti, inspired by South Tyrolean cuisine. The combination of smoked salt, rosemary, juniper berries and bay leaves gives meat dishes, game and roasted vegetables a mountainous and smoky character. The grinding cap allows you to grind the blend directly onto your food just before serving.

- Trentinaceti (Nuova Trentinaceti S.R.L.) is a family-run business based in Taios, in the Trentino region at the foot of the Italian Dolomites, which has been operating since 1989 and produces handcrafted oils, vinegars and flavoured salt and spice blends.
