This classic blend of vegetables and herbs is ideal for making hearty soups, broths and stews. Add the vegetable mix directly to your dish – the flavour and aroma are released quickly. This saves time, as there is no need to peel or chop fresh vegetables. Contains celery – an allergen, listed in the ingredients.

Ingredients: Carrot (air-dried), leek, parsley, onion, celeriac, parsley root, flat-leaf parsley.
Preparation: Add the herb directly to the dish at the end of cooking, or steep it for a few seconds in a small amount of warm water until the texture and aroma have been fully restored.
