Natural herbal teas are BioValik’s largest product range and the very reason the shop was founded. Our selection includes blends from the Czech company Apotheke, which have been created since 1996. The herbs aren’t simply thrown together to make the packaging look nice — each blend is built around a single distinct flavour, with the other ingredients serving to balance it.

The shelves are organised by day, not alphabetically. For mornings and the colder months, there are immunity-boosting teas with rosehip and sea buckthorn. For the evening, there are calming and sleep-promoting blends with lemon balm and lavender. After a heavy lunch, there are detox and digestive teas with fennel and peppermint. For December, there are warming teas with cinnamon, aniseed and ginger. And in a separate section, vitamin teas for those who want both flavour and nutritional value.
A short list of ingredients is the rule here
Most blends fit onto two lines on the packaging. This is no coincidence: the fewer the ingredients, the clearer it is which one is the main reason for buying the tea in the first place. Sea buckthorn tea tastes of sea buckthorn, not just a general herbal blend. The tea bags are individually wrapped, so the box lasts a long time and the aroma is preserved.
A little tip to get you started
If you’ve never bought herbal teas before, try two at once: one mild and suitable for everyday drinking, the other with a distinct flavour. That way, you’ll quickly realise which one suits your taste, and you’ll be able to choose all your future natural herbal teas without a second thought.
